Hi again,
this post is about the collection of a member of the VFZ (http://www.vfz-ev.de/), a club for collectors of tin soldiers of different types and also non-military themes.
Thomas is a real enthusiast and has a huge collection of figures. He is one of the few members who still do big setups with thousands of flat miniatures at the yearly exhibition of the club.
Last friday I visited him in order to trade some 28mm figures he wanted to sell. Being there for the first time I was surprised and also highly excited that he is also collecting toysoldiers. He never mentioned this before and so I was really astonished about his very good collection of German WorldWar2 vehicles and tanks. (Maybe I should point out that he started collecting in 2020)..

That´s true. And you have to keep in mind that he started collecting at the times of Corona.
