Toysoldiers - Two more figures for my collection concerning"Tyrolean Rebellion"

Manufacturer:   PianoWargames (3d-printed and selfpainted)

Scale:   60mm (1:30)

Hi,

I am having a lot of inspiration at the moment and also the neccessary time to work on my project "Tyrolean Rebellion".

So within the last three days I was able to paint up two more figures for my collection. There are still some more figures on the workbench or even some more that have not been printed yet. And of course I will also have to print and paint some Austrian regulars and also of course the Bavarians.

The next two figures I finished are a female civilian and a leader of a unit of Tyrolean "Schützen".

Hope you like them. :)

Cheers Mike

Some of the already painted figures. There are some more finished figures that I didn´t set in scene
here. There are also some painted ones at "Chicken´sTabletopCrafting" as scale references for a Tyrolean house that I ordered from Chicken. The people need some buildings in the right scale, too.

Toysoldiers - "Tyrolean Rebellion" from PianoWargames - A shephard with his dog

Manufacturer:   PianoWargames

Scale:   60mm (1:30)

Hi,

today´s post is again about some selfpainted toysoldiers from PianoWargames. Normally in 28mm, but again scaled up to 60mm and printed in 3d.

This time another civilian from the range of the Tyrolean Rebellion - a shephard with his dog.

I am not a specialist into dogs, so I had to search the web for some templates of a fitting race. What I found was a Berner Sennenhung (Bernese Mountain Dog ?). I put these pictures also within this post.

Cheers

Mike

Toysoldiers - "Tyrolean Rebellion" by PianoWargames - Newest additions

Manufacturer:   Piano Wargames

Scale:   60mm (1:30)

Hello to the followers of my blog.

Today´s post is again about some additions to my collection of 60mm Tyrolean Rebels.

This time the additions include one of the leaders of the Tyrolean Rebellion - the Capuchin priest Johann Simon Haspinger.

The other two figures are another Capuchin priest and a drummer. The last one was a real challenge, but it came out quite well.

I have been working on this projects for many months now. Always with longer interruptions. But meanwhile I was able to paint up at least sixteen Tyrolians, one single Bavarian light infantry man and one lonely Bavarian Dragoon. All in the size of 60mm.

While arranging these miniatures for a quick photo shooting I realized that the Bavarians will need some support soon. :)

Cheers

Mike

The newest additions.

Another Capuchin Priest

My version of "Little drummer boy" :)

Haspinger is calling to arms.

And this is the force of rebels that followed Haspinger´s call by now.

Two brave Bavarians fighting the Tyrolean rebels.

Hobby in general - A church from "Chicken´sTabletopCrafting"

Manufacturer:   Chicken´sTabletopCrafting

Scale:   28mm

Hi,

today´s post is about the marvellous church I got fron Thomas Hahn aka "Chicken´sTabletopCrafting".

This church was an order I gave to Thomas as I already got some of his wonderful buildings made from styrofoam. It fits perfect to the other buildings and my thoughts are to use it especially for my project of the "Tyrolean Rebellion" I want to play using the ruleset of "Muskets&Tomahawks" and its supplement "Shakos&Bayonets"

I always like the style of Thomas´ building very much and this church surely won´t be the last one to become part of my collection.

If you are interested in how Thomas made this little piece of art just follow the link to his YouTube-Channel. This video is a tutorial about the church this post is about.

And of course here are some pictures of how this building was integrated into my collection.

I hope you like it. :)

Cheers

Mike

A small scene using another building from Chicken and also some painted miniatures from the
fantastic range of Tyrolean rebels produced by PianoWargames.

Toysoldiers - New additions to my project of the "Tyrolean Rebellion"

Manufacturer:   PianoWargames

Scale:   60mm (1:30)

I took the chance of four days off to get some more of my Tyrolians ready for my project. Unfortunetaly I was not able to do more of them because of other things to do.

But I also got some 3d-printed tree stumps and rocks from TEMU and I tried to paint them up to fit to my toysoldiers. They came out quite well in my opinion.

Cheers

Mike

The three new figures added to the display.

Addition number one.

Addition number two.

And finally addition number three.

Some of the tree stumps I got from TEMU.

The outcome of three of them that I already painted up.

They don´t fit to 28mm scale figures - or do they? Maybe in the woods of Canada for gaming
Muskets and Tomahawks?

Some 3d-printed rocks I bought from TEMU.

One original rock in comparison to some ready painted ones.

Just combining the rocks, tree stumps and some figures in 60mm.

I think this works very well.

The new terrain stuff integrated to my growing display of the "Tyrolean Rebellion".
